Red Eye Coffee Co.
We’re independent, owner-operated, and hands-on from open to close. Most days, you’ll find us behind the bar, preparing locally roasted specialty coffee, getting to know our regulars, and making sure every guest feels genuinely welcome.
Every detail of Red Eye has been chosen with intention. The room is furnished with antique pieces collected one at a time and hung with work from local artists, creating a space that feels personal, creative, and connected to the community. Drinks enjoyed here are served on vintage china rather than paper, because we believe a good cup deserves a real cup.
We are more than just a place to grab coffee, Red Eye was created to be part of Milford’s creative community: a comfortable, character-filled space where people can slow down, connect, and enjoy something thoughtfully made.

Aaron Such a great addition to the area! I’ve been a few times now and have tried the Banana Pudding Latte, the Tiramisu Latte, and a Coconut Vanilla Latte with Ube Cold Foam, and every one has been delicious.
Candice I went in early this morning for the first time. The staff was very nice and service was quick. I got a cappuccino and iced latte, the flavor of the coffee itself is very good and the shot seemed perfectly poured. The food was really good as well, I got a bacon, egg and cheese as well as an elephant ear which went perfect with the cappuccino. My new favorite coffee spot. Definitely will be back!!
